We got our referral this afternoon for a beautiful baby girl. She's 4 months old and absolutely breathtaking! She's a little bitty thing....8 pounds. Thank you all for all your love and support through this process. The waiting is distant memory after seeing her face.
I will be back to share details with you all about "the call" but right now we're over the moon....

I have not stopped crying since you called! I think its more at the awesomeness of the amazing God we serve. That he would even allow us to have that beautiful baby girl in our family! I am totally in love with her and I just can not wait till she is home. We are so excited and just want you guys to know how much we love you you are one and a million! :)

YEAH!!! I checked so many times this week and was so bummed this afternoon when it seemed like a week passed without referrals. Tonight I checked one last time and there it is- a sweet baby girl! Congratulations! Hopefully we'll only be a few weeks behind you! So happy for you!

Congratulations on your referral!! It's so nice to hear great news on the blogs, with the court dates being delayed for some! I hope all goes smooth for you the rest of the way! Also, if you are able to sleep, even a little, the flight isn't the worst. I'm not a favorite of flying either!! :)

i believe we started the process at the same time. i can't believe i could be getting a referral right now. that is surreal and i wish i had kept focused on the process instead of still working on my homestudy! siiigh. but, for your family i say congratulations!!!!!!!!!! can't wait to hear the details!
