staple problem solved

Wanted to update you guys on my staple hole issue. I heard from Ms. Natalie yesterday and she said that it doesn't look like my staple holes are going to be an issue. She checked with the courier in DC and he said it shouldn't be a problem. Now all I need is my CIS approval and my stapled up dossier is ready to go. YAY!!

staples? seriously?

I'm trying to stay calm and not panic but I could very well be redoing my entire dossier. I unstapled and restapled the documents to make copies of them and apparently that's a big no no. It could make the documents appear tampered with. I seriously can't believe that staple holes could put me months behind. Pray that it doesn't.

travel shots

DH, "A" and myself have been working on getting our travel shots for the past month. We've spread them out so we didn't have to have 15 at once. I've felt like a human pin cushion. Today we had our last round of shots. We're ready to travel. Now all we need is a baby to go get.

We're still waiting on the 171-H. It's only been 3 weeks but I'm already getting antsy. How long did it take to get yours.

Also, CT is doing MUCH better. He's recovering fine from his surgery. He was a real trooper.

You may notice that I've edited all my old posts and changed everyone's names to initials. I post on a message board with an amazing group of mama's and our board was recently hacked. It kinda freaked me out of bit that this kid knew all of my personal info so I decided that posting it for the world to see probably isn't a good idea. Probably a knee jerk reaction but it makes me feel a little "safer"........

prayers please

We could your prayers. My son, CT, is having surgery on Friday to have his tonsils and adenoids taken out and tubes put in his ears. This surgery is not really a big deal but since it's my SON it IS a big deal. Since he's only 2 he will have to have to stay at the hospital for observation. I know he needs this surgery and he will be so much better off after it's over. He's had 15 ear infections in the past 6 months and a few rounds of strep throat. Poor little guy. Anyway, if you could remember to pray for him on Friday morning we'd appreciate it.

Also, please be praying for Tara & Eric. They have court in the morning. Please pray that all goes well and Malak can officially be their son.
